Call for Papers

The Call for Papers is now open! CPM 2009 WEST will take place May 12-14 at The Mirage in Las Vegas. We are looking for industry professionals (practitioners desired) to deliver thought-provoking sessions on the newest and best practices in business continuity/COOP, emergency management and security. Be a recognized industry leader! Case studies, interactive workshops and advanced level topics for experienced professionals are STRONGLY preferred for.

Developing Enterprise Risk Management
Volcanic Risk in the U.S.
What Services to Expect from Your EAP in a Disaster
Legal Issues in Your BC Plan
Alternatives to the BIA (and/or Technologies Impact Analysis)

Security Plans for Schools/Universities

Important Guidelines:

  • All presentations must be non-sales or marketing oriented.
  • The CPM Group does not pay travel expenses or honoraria. Speakers receive a free full conference pass, valid for all three days of the event ($1,095 value).
  • Before submitting a proposal, please obtain approval from your management to present at CPM, in the event you are selected.
  • If you have a co-presenter, enter their required contact info in each of the boxes with your own. For example, in the name box, enter Jane Doe / John Smith.
