Thank you for exhibiting at Contingency Planning & Management 2012
You can now access, create and update your our company’s 2012 Online Listing. By using the link below, a new page will open and there will be a list of companies. Simply highlight your company name and enter your password.
The initial Password was emailed to to the person listed on your Application & Exhibit Space Contract as the Contact for Exhibitor Info. If the primary contact did not receive this email, contact Don Berey at dberey@1105media.com.
The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to change your Password. You are required to change your Password before proceeding with your listing. If you “Forget your Password”, instructions are available on how to retrieve it.
Creating Your Web and Show Directory Listings:
Every exhibitor receives a Standard Listing. This includes:
- Company Profile (Up tp 50 words; 100 for a Patron Sponsor)
- Address
- URL
- Phone and Email
- GSA Contract Number
- Facebook URL
- Twitter Username
- LinkedIn Company Name
- Brand Names (Up to 5)
- Product Categories (Unlimited)
Special designations will be added to your listing by Show Management. These include Patron Sponsor, Premier Sponsor, Sponsor, GSA Contract Holders, Media Partners and Cooperating Organizations. Exhibitors in Contingency Planning & Management, Network-Centric Security and U.S. Law Enforcement will have those designations added as well.
Once you login, completing your online listing is easy to understand. To assist you, we have created these simple instructions which also contain details on what information and files you will need to complete your listing.
Creating Your Listing
As you enter your information, you’ll find that your company name and booth number is not editable. If you wish to change your company name, contact Don Berey at dberey@1105media.com.
Upgrades to your online listing are available to you for a small fee. Contact Jules Gagne at jgagne@1105media.com for details and pricing.
- Logo Upgrade: Adds your company logo to your online listing and your booth
- Event Upgrade: Adds up to 3 events or seminars at GovSec to your listing
- Marketing Upgrade: Standard Listing plus 100 word company profile, company brochure, discount coupon, YouTube link, 3 press releases and the product showcase.
Note: Exhibitor Registration and the Exhibitor Service Manual will be available in November 2011. You’ll be notified by email when these services are online.
