Call for Presentations
1105 Media is pleased to announce that the Call for Presentations is now open for the Contingency Planning and Management Conference, to be co-located with GovSec on April 2-4, 2012, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, in Washington, D.C.
The Contingency Planning and Management (CPM) conference focuses on COOP and the risk management community at large, including business continuity, continuity of operations, security and emergency management. Attendees span the public and private sectors and are responsible for the safe, timely, and effective resumption and resilience of their business, agency or community in the face of any type of disaster or disruptive event.
Submissions must be received no later than Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

The intended audience is government and private industry professionals involved in COOP, contingency planning and business recovery. This includes:

* CSO, Senior Security and Security Operations Management

Vendors and suppliers are welcome to submit a presentation but must present a government agency case study or have a customer co-present. Abstracts that contain commercial and/or promotional content will be rejected.
