Axcient Integrates MSP Remote Monitoring Platform with PacketTrap
Axcient, Inc., an innovator of comprehensive data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery services for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) customers, has announced a partnership and product integration with PacketTrap, a division of Quest Software, and a provider of affordable remote monitoring and management solutions built for MSPs.
Through this new integration, PacketTrap MSPs can now easily add the management, monitoring, and tracking of all Axcient backup, continuity, and recovery events, including alerts, notifications, and status reports, to the centralized PacketTrap MSP remote monitoring console.
