Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions for Small Business to Be Showcased in New York City

Zenith Infotech Ltd., an international company serving over 4,000 IT
service providers worldwide, will host an interactive technology
showcase
March 2
from 2:30 –
7:30 p.m.
at the Hilton Times Square, located at 234 West 42nd St. Snacks and
drinks will be provided. The event, one of 124 U.S. open houses
scheduled for the first quarter of 2010, is sponsored by Autotask, the
leading provider of web-based IT services management software, used by
thousands of IT service professionals worldwide. Zenith Advocate
Thierry Duclay of IT services company Bo Technology, will also be on
hand to provide real-world perspective on the technologies showcased at
the event.
IT
service providers attending the open house will see live demonstrations
of 'managed services' infrastructure and business continuity products
and services. Together, these solutions enable small- and-midsized
companies to automate IT processes and more efficiently run their
business operations. Those attending will receive a free 45-day trial
of Zenith's managed services offering or a 30-day trial of its business
continuity solution.
"In
today's economic climate, it's important for IT service providers to be
cost effective without sacrificing service levels," said Kevin Rotar,
Zenith Infotech Director of Service Desk. "Outsourced help desk
services is one area where they can accomplish this goal. Zenith's
Virtual Service Desk, staffed with Level 1 and Level 2 technicians,
allows businesses to maintain a high quality of service and front line
support for their clients without the overhead and cost."
"The
strength of Zenith Infotech's backup and disaster recovery solution is
that it appeals to every vertical market. They all have data and they
understand the importance of protecting that data," said Vince Arden, chief financial officer of Chicago-based
IT services company Preferred Communication Systems Inc. "Backup is an
extreme headache for our customers. That's just the nature of it. Now
with Zenith Infotech, there's a solution for them that eliminates that
headache."
