Demosphere Teams Up with RainedOut to Offer Group Text Messaging
Omnilert LLC, maker of RainedOut, the first text message service
for sports leagues and clubs, announced today from Booth #448 at the
National Soccer Coaches Association of America Conference, that
Demosphere International, Inc. has teamed up with RainedOut to offer
free mass text messaging functionality to Demosphere customers.
Demosphere is the first league management system to adopt RainedOut.
The
new integration enables Demosphere client administrators to update
their field status and simultaneously send text messages to all
registered users in one step. Demosphere clients and registered users
no longer need to sign-up at RainedOut.com to receive text message
alerts for game cancellations, field changes, and other timely news.
Lisa Stevens is the Club Administrator for Columbia United FC in Columbia, S.C.
and uses both Demosphere and RainedOut. "This integration will be
incredibly beneficial. If you've got weather emergencies, you want that
to go out as quickly as possible. That's very, very important.

integration makes an administrator's job a lot easier and it will make
the communication a lot faster. The alert goes out so quickly that
people are made aware of any field status changes instantaneously. That
