these availability appliances will include:

appliances use Stratus hardware, software and services to deliver the
availability and performance so essential to critical cloud operations."
Stratus will be assisted in its VMworld booth (#1526) by

Server on Stratus ftServer systems. VMware will be on hand, as well, to
show VMware vSphere virtualization software on Stratus fault tolerant
servers.

announced yesterday. Avance 1.6 software was launched two weeks earlier
on Aug. 10. Both products provide best-in-class availability in support
of business-critical and mission-critical business processing.
