Narcoterrorism is an attempt of narcotics traffickers to shape the policies of a government or society through violence and coercion. To hinder the enforcement of the law and the administration of justice by systematic threats or violence. What we should really analyze is social networks, the threat posed/connected to protect communities, and beef up emergency plans.

Psychological profiling of terrorists involves gathering and integrating data about factors such as their psychological health based on:

1. Motives
2. Behaviors
3. Social circumstances
